Tuna Poke Bowl

1. Combine the spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha and ginger for the marinade. Slice the tuna into 2cm cubes and toss in the marinade.
2. In another bowl, arrange the sushi rice, cucumber, radishes and avocado.
3. Add the tuna to your bowl and top with chives and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

150g sushi grade tuna
1 spring onion finely sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
75g sushi rice, cooked
1/4 cucumber, sliced
Handful of radishes, sliced
1/2 avocado, diced
