Clue's in the name, these eggs are spiiicy.
2. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice each one lengthways. Scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl and add the Sriracha; mixing until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
3. Spoon the egg yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe into each egg white.
4. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped chives and cayenne pepper for that extra kick.
