Sriracha Brownies

Love brownies? Some people like to share brownies. You don't have to be that person. Don't share them, eat them all yourself. We won't tell.

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix the flour and cocoa powder and set aside.
2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate on the hob. Once melted, leave to cool. Stir in the Sriracha, sugar and whisked eggs.
3. Fold in the flour and cocoa powder mix, followed by the milk chocolate chips. grease and line a shallow square baking tin and add the mixture.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Allow to cool and dig in!


100g flour
200g unsalted butter
3 large eggs
300g caster sugar
200g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate chips
50g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
