Pulled Chicken Tikka Burger

Looking to impress your friends by bringing a new burger to the party? This Pulled Chicken Tikka Burger is bound to leave them marvelling at your cooking and desperately wanting to know where you got that AMAZING Sriracha Tikka from!

1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Open out each chicken breast and flatten slightly. Place the chicken in the marinade for at least 2-3 hrs.

2. Cook the chicken in a pan until cooked through, ensuring there is no pink left. Shred the chicken thighs using a fork and mix with a healthy dollop of Flying Goose Sriracha Tikka.

3. Place the chicken in the buns with the salad and more spoonfuls of Flying Goose Sriacha Tikka, of course. Enjoy!


Flying Goose Sriacha Tikka
2 chicken thighs
2 burger buns
2 tbsp tomato purée
200g pot Greek yogurt
Thumb-sized piece ginger , very finely grated
4 garlic cloves , very finely grated or crushed
2 tbsp garam masala
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
Juice 1 lemon, plus wedges to serve
