Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions are for the Flying Goose “WTF!? What’s the Flavour!?” Prize Draw. By entering these Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draws are organised by Exotic Food Public Company Ltd (trading as Flying Goose), 49/42 Moo 5, Tungsukla, Sriracha, Chonburi, 20230 Thailand.
3. You must be a resident of France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland or USA to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. Four winners will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period, with one eligible winner randonly drawn from each of the following countries:
– France
– Germany or Switzerland
– Sweden
– USA
8. The winners will receive unless stated otherwise a year’s supply of Flying Goose sauces (an assortment of 26x 455ml bottles).
9. Entry must be made before 23:59 GMT, 30.04.23. The draw will be made within 10 days of the Prize Draw closing.
10. The winners will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram or via direct email, within 10 days of the draw date.
11. The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
12. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
13. We are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place following the Prize Draw. To comply with this obligation, the winners will be required to provide their Surname and County, so that this information can be displayed on the T&Cs and provided to anyone who emails info@flyinggoosebrand.com within one month after the Prize Draw deadline.
14. We reserve the right to use any Flavour Suggestions as part of any on-going publicity, including but not limited to, social media posts and stories, website updates, email marketing campaigns, offline publications, and marketing materials. As part of this, we also reserve the right to feature entrants’ Name and Town alongside their Flavour Suggestions in such promotional materials.
15. Employees of Exotic Food Public Company Ltd., its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
16. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England.
17. The Prize Draws may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
